1. Eligibility Criteria
Eligible Applicants:
Licensed orthopedic distributors or hospitals
Qualified orthopedic surgeons or procurement officers
2. Payment Terms (Prepaid & Deductible – Implants Only)
Applicable Products: Implants
Implant samples are not provided free of charge
Customers are required to prepay:
Sample cost (with exclusive sample discount)
Logistics and shipping fees
Sample Cost Deduction:
The paid sample cost can be fully or partially deducted from subsequent formal orders
Deduction validity: 6 months
Logistics and shipping fees are not deductible
3. Free Sample Policy (Surgical Instruments Only)
Applicable Products: Surgical Instruments
Customers may apply for free samples if they agree to cover logistics and shipping costs
This free sample policy applies only to designated standard surgical instruments
Implant products are excluded from this free sample policy
Not Applicable to:
Customized instruments/implants
Special configurations or special packaging requirements
4. Additional Notes
All samples are provided strictly for evaluation and testing purposes only
Sample availability is subject to confirmation by JinMing Medical.
JinMing Medical reserves the right of final approval and interpretation of the sample policy
VIP or long-term partners may enjoy more flexible sample support under project-based agreements
