Anterior Cervical Plate
Anterior Cervical Plate-I is a kind of spinal fixation device for the anterior column stabilization after cervical surgeries.
This one-piece conical locking hole design is characteristic of this Cervical Locking Plate. The screw locking is done straight in the plate threads on the insertion of the screw. There is no sliding gap and no movement between the screw and the plate at all. For cases where absolute stability is required, this Spinal Fixation Plate offers rigid static locking.
Anterior Cervical Plate can be used for cervical trauma, fractures, dislocations, and severe instability. Also, it is the case of degenerative cervical disc disease with instability. This Cervical Locking Plate is not intended for dynamic compression — it is meant to hold everything in place without any movement.
One-piece conical locking holes: Anterior Cervical Plate is equipped with six conical locking holes, which are integrated efficiently. It doesn't give a sliding allowance as the screws are locked directly to the plate threads. This Cervical Locking Plate forms a very stiff locked combination between the plate and screws.
No sliding, no play: Unlike dynamic plates, this Spinal Fixation Plate doesn't permit the screws to move. They are locked in their places. In fact, this is a static locking plate and not a dynamic sliding one. For cervical trauma and fracture cases, you would really want that.
Rigid static locking: Anterior Cervical Plate can maintain a rigid fixation that is free of micromotions. This Cervical Fusion Implant is created with the potential of shear and rotational forces as the most significant concern. The locking feature of the plate restricts the back-out of screws and migration of the plate.
Compact plate profile: The plate has a wavy edge contour, and at the same time, it is more compact in overall shape. The screw holes are arranged vertically in pairs. Designed for concentrated fixation points, this Titanium Orthopedic Plate is a great example.
Titanium alloy construction: Made of titanium alloy of medical grade (Ti-6Al-4V). Cervical Locking Plate is an outstanding source of biocompatibility and corrosion resistance in addition to mechanical strength. It can also be used with MRI and is very safe for long-term implantation
Clinical Advantages
Immediate Anterior Column Stability. This Spinal Fixation Plate can stabilize the anterior cervical column at once. The firm locking system drastically limits micromotion at the fusion location.
Prevention of Screw Back-Out: The built-in locking system stops the screws from coming loose. This Cervical Fusion Implant secures the construction during the recovery phase.
Anatomical Cervical Contouring. The plate is shaped to correspond to the natural curve of the cervical spine. This Titanium Orthopedic Plate achieves excellent plate-to-bone contact.
System Compatibility The Anterior Cervical Plate works with regular PEEK as well as titanium cervical interbody cages. It is used in standard ACDF procedures.
OEM and ODM Available. Custom lengths of plate, hole setups, and private labeling can be provided. The Cervical Locking Plate can be altered to the requirements of the distributor.
